I’m a certified Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor, I have my B.S. in Exercise Science. Admittedly, I’m a certified biomechanics nerd and wouldn’t have it any other way! 🤓.
I also teach local outdoor yoga & fitness classes…crafting unique fitness & wellness classes that include elements of yoga, tai chi, and pilates, kickboxing, strength training, HIIT, and more!
I’m a lover of my family & faith, community fitness, postpartum health, real food recipes, travel + exploration, writing, and SUNSHINE ☀️.
