Hi, I’m Hope! So, what exactly is BALANCING Hope? It began as a blog I started years ago, documenting life and my pursuit to find balance among all that is near and dear…family, fitness, travel, food, you know–all the good stuff!
But now I offer balanced fitness programs that include components of traditional fitness AND yoga to help busy women get stronger, increase flexibility, balance & mobility, to lose weight AND GAIN CONFIDENCE! It’s incredibly rewarding to help empower women to live active lives to ENJOY the journey…making fitness FUN!
I’m a certified Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor, and I have my B.S. in Exercise Science. Basically, I’m a certified biomechanics nerd and I wouldn’t have it any other way! 🤓. I also teach local outdoor yoga & fitness classes…crafting unique fitness & wellness classes that include elements of yoga, tai chi, and pilates, kickboxing, strength training, HIIT, and more!
