Hi, I’m Hope! So, what exactly is BALANCING Hope? It’s a place to sign up for local outdoor yoga, BUT it’s also a blog I started years ago, documenting life and my pursuit to find balance among all that is near and dear…family, fitness, travel, food, you know–all the good stuff!
I’m a certified Personal Trainer, I have my B.S. in Exercise Science, and I currently teach yoga and BODYFLOW (elements of tai chi, yoga & pilates choreographed to music) from the Les Mills program. Lover of my family & faith, teaching group fitness, postpartum health, real food recipes, travel + exploration, writing, and SUNSHINE ☀️.
My goal for Balancing Hope is to provide a space to document, inspire, learn, and connect–sharing practical ideas for achieving balance among the joys and demands of life while recording my own experiences along the way. And I know everyone’s individual sense of “life balance” is different, but it’s something we can strive for together. I learn from you, you learn from me. So…welcome to the balancing act!
